Avalanch offers a no fuss 30 day returns policy


UK orders can be returned as standard using our free post returns service within 30 days of delivery. Just get in contact with us here to receive your free postage label.

We strive to ensure that your products arrive in pristine condition, but we understand that sometimes accidents can happen. If you have received a faulty product please contact us via email to receive a returns code* and begin the returns process. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damaged goods to evaluate the severity of it.

  • We can only accept returns that are unspoiled and placed in their original packaging.

  • We will not return shipping costs (Overseas Customers), only the cost of the product.

  • We will not accept returns without a return code and proof of purchase.

  • Any products returned to us after the 30 days will be offered as store credit.

  • After we have received the product, it can take up to 14 days to return payment to your account.

  • We do not accept liability for lost or stolen packages in transit.

  • You have 30 days from receipt of delivery to request a return code, then 14 days to return the product.

  • We have the right to refuse faulty returns if we have reason to believe the damage was caused intentionally.








* A return code is a unique number sequence that will be issued to you via email once you have requested to return a product. We will input this code into our systems against your purchase order. Please keep this code for any follow up communication regarding your return.
